Linktura is a Kuala Lumpur team of deliverability engineers, researchers and copywriters. We do one thing — cold email systems — and we would rather do it properly for fewer clients than badly at scale.
How Linktura started
The studio grew out of freelance work fixing other agencies’ burned domains. The same story kept repeating: a business bought a “10,000 emails a month” package, watched replies trickle in for two weeks, then discovered their domain reputation was wrecked and their brand was landing in spam — even for customers who wanted to hear from them.
We decided to build the opposite: an outbound practice where infrastructure comes first, volume is earned not blasted, and every claim is backed by a number the client can check. That principle has carried us through 120+ system launches for software companies, agencies, logistics firms and professional services across Malaysia, Singapore and beyond.

No campaign is worth a burned domain. We will pause your sends before we let short-term volume damage long-term reputation.
You own everything
Domains, mailboxes, tools and data all live in your accounts. Fire us tomorrow and the machine still belongs to you.
Numbers over narratives
We report replies, meetings and cost per meeting — not vanity opens. If a campaign underperforms, you hear it from us first.
Respect the inbox
Real opt-outs, suppression lists that stick, and copy we would not be embarrassed to receive ourselves.
Senior people, small pods
Every client is served by a pod of three: a deliverability engineer who owns your sending health, a researcher who owns your data, and a campaign lead who owns copy and reporting. No account-manager relay race, no juniors learning on your budget. The person who answers your message is the person doing the work.
We are based at Wisma UOA II on Jalan Pinang, a short walk from KLCC. Clients are always welcome to drop by for a working session — the coffee machine is better than it has any right to be.
