How we handle your information

This privacy policy describes how Linktura Auto Spa Sdn Bhd (registration 1428592-V), trading as Linktura Auto Spa, handles personal data collected through linktura.pro and at our studio in Kota Laksamana. It is written in plain English on purpose — if anything is unclear, ask us at [email protected].

1. What we collect

We collect three categories of data, all of which you give us directly:

• Booking enquiries. Name, mobile, email, the car you drive, any context you share in the message field. Submitted through the form on the contact page.
• Service records. Once we work on a car, we keep a service file containing the work order, paint gauge readings, photos taken during the job, and the products applied. This is kept for the duration of any warranty period plus three years.
• Site traffic. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, page requested, time) for security and aggregate-reporting purposes only. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

2. What we do with it

We use booking data to reply to your enquiry, confirm a slot, and follow up if you booked a coating with a warranty. We use service records to honour warranties and to recognise your car when you bring it back. We use site traffic to keep the site secure and to understand which articles you read, in aggregate.

We do not sell, rent or trade your data with anyone. We do not run third-party advertising pixels (Meta, Google Ads) on linktura.pro.

3. Third parties we use

We use a small set of operational tools, all of which receive only what they need to perform their function:

• Email hosting provider (for our @linktura.pro inboxes).
• Web hosting provider (which logs IP addresses for security only).
• WhatsApp Business (Meta) for messaging customers who reach out via WhatsApp.

If any of these change materially, this page is updated and we note the change in the “last reviewed” line above.

4. How long we keep it

Booking enquiries that did not turn into work are deleted after twelve months. Service records (with linked customer details) are retained for the duration of any active warranty plus three years afterwards. Server logs roll over every ninety days.

5. Your rights under PDPA 2010

Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act gives you the right to ask us what we hold on you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct anything wrong, and ask us to delete data we no longer need. Email [email protected] from the address you booked with and we will respond within 14 days.

6. Cookies and analytics

The cookies set on linktura.pro are documented in our cookie policy. We use first-party analytics only; we do not deploy third-party advertising cookies. You can change your cookie preferences any time from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.
